I’ve been teaching yoga for 14 years now. If you’re reading this newsletter it’s surely because we connected through one of my yoga classes recently or long ago. Although my teaching has evolved and become more refined over the years, my passion for life, self-empowerment and self-healing are still at the heart of all my offerings.
Whether we met long ago, recently or have yet to meet, I’d like to welcome you to begin the yoga season with me this September.
My gentle and moderate intensity classes are open to beginning students, and they are great classes to restart your practice if you want to ease into things more progressively. Or try a 6 week session of Chair Yoga, with me online.
If you’ve been practicing for a while, all my classes will offer you something new to experience in your practice but if you’re looking for new challenges or to advance your yoga practice to the next level of depth, I have a new advanced Anusara yoga class at BleuYoga studio and a new philosophy/meditation discussion and practice group online, that will surely challenge your mind, body and spirit in new and exciting ways.
